International Summits, building a new production mobile, building and implementing our own fibre optic transport network, CFL, MLB, NHL, and IIHF Hockey Championship prep. This is just a small list of what we’ve been up to over the last few months.

While we’ve been busy in the field we’ve also been very busy in the office. Here is a quick rundown of the updates taking place this month:

October 21 – ECHO HD, our 7th HD production mobile hits the road.

Dome Distribution Services will now be known as DOME DIGITAL SERVICES. This new name clearly reflects the significant expansion of our business activities beyond traditional legacy services to one in which we now own and control our own fibre optic network and supply other services such as web streaming, HD encoding and, in the near future, 3D production.

Cathy Forrest – Promoted to Manager, Distribution – Dome Digital Services
Cathy will be responsible for the day to day operational aspects of Dome’s distribution business as well as providing our clients with innovative solutions to their video content delivery requirements.

Jerry Curnew – Promoted to New Media Specialist – Dome Digital Services
In his new role, Jerry will work closely with Dome’s management team and others across the organization to design, create, update and maintain our website and social media presence. He will be responsible for overseeing, assigning and approving all digital content, whether interactive, video or editorial for Dome’s website.

Anne Pasto – Promoted to Production Manager
Reporting directly to Kryst Budziak, Director of Production Services, Anne Pasto will join the team as Production Manager. Anne will continue to work out of the Montreal office.
